Easy moving
Once you’ve successfully found an apartment, the next step is organizing your move. In addition to helping hands and moving boxes, you’ll need a moving truck—and available parking spaces in front of both your old and your new home.
To secure these, you can apply for temporary no-parking zones through the city’s traffic department (KVR). A fee is charged for the permit, depending on the location, size, and duration of the restriction. The signs must be installed at least 72 hours before the move (as of 2025).
